Verbeterpunten: I regret choosing WarmteElectric for my heat pump installation. I was promised installation within 3-4 weeks. Since December, I've called almost daily, only to be repeatedly told someone would call me back—it never happened.
The subsidy for heat pumps will decrease next year, meaning their delay will cost me money. If this is how they treat customers before installation, how can they be trusted for maintenance or warranty?
WarmteElectric has shown zero professionalism or accountability. I strongly advise others to avoid them. If this review doesn't prompt action, I will escalate further.
