Soleipanelen B.V.

Verbeterpunten: I signed up with this company on 30 May to have 16 AEG solar panels installed. I was told that I had to contact my local utility company (Stedin) to upgrade my supply from 1-phase to 3-phase. I initiated this immediately.
I kept Soleipanelen informed by email after they kept chasing me for updates. This is what I wrote in my email of 12 July:
"Stedin must upgrade the electricity supply. This was applied for via mijnaansluiting.nl on 4 June with preferred scheduling in week 35 of 2023 (end of August), but I am awaiting an installation date (they have delays due to labour shortages)."
On 23 August, Soleiman Tsjardiwal (aka Sali) called me, and was immediately very antagonistic and hostile on the phone. He told me that I promised I would contact them at the end of August. Aside from the fact that it wasn't yet the end of August, my email (above) was clear in that the reference to "end of August" was merely Stedin's preferred scheduling.
I questioned Sali on this, and he began to say hostile things like "you speak like we need you, but we don't need you as a customer" even though I had barely said anything at this point in the call. It was clear that he had called me already with a preconception that I was stalling the company even though I had done nothing wrong. I am at the mercy of Stedin's scheduling - there is literally nothing I can do as a consumer - but Sali doesn't seem to be aware of this, and is immediately blaming customers and treating them with disdain and contempt when we literally have zero control of the situation.
Once Sali had finished being horrible towards me, I expressed my anger towards him for being so presumptuous and antagonistic towards me given what I had already informed him in my email in July. In response, he became racist and threatening. He told me I should speak Dutch, and that I should go back to my country. He told me he is from Afghanistan and that I should be careful because he is a gangster. He told me that he will come to my property to kill me, and he repeated this a number of times.
I was in London when he called, but have people living in my property which I now feel are in danger. Needless to say, I contacted the police, and have passed on recordings of the calls where he stated this. I have an appointment with the police on 4 September where I will be filing an official complaint against him.
This company comes across as professional with charming salespeople who called other solar panel companies cowboys. But the head of the company is a sinister cowboy himself who is xenophobic and violent. God help anyone who has a problem with their solar panels after installation. Dealing with this person would be a nightmare. I strongly recommend anyone to use a more established and reputable company.
The company WhatsApp number and his LinkedIn profile show his photos. Clearly, he's not a gangster, but a weak little man who shaves his head and stands in front of rugged military vehicles to look badass.
