Pluspunten: First of all I would like to thank and praise all guys from RD Rymarov (founder of the original building method and builder of RD houses) for perfect work and cooperation before/during and after the building process. They really helped us and solved a lot of problems.Overall, we are very happy with the house itself, the technology is great and also the speed of building process. If RD Rymarov is informed before, they can even build the passive houses which is now requested standard in Luxembourg.
Verbeterpunten: UPDATE 10-5-2017: After receiving a letter from RD Benelux regarding our review in which the owner describes extensively what could happen to us when we do not delete all reviews (jail, penalty etc.), we decided to refine our review to be as informative and neutral as possible:
First of all I would like to thank and praise all guys from RD Rymarov (founder of the original building method and builder of RD houses) for perfect work and cooperation before/during and after the building process. They really helped us and solved a lot of problems. Regarding the cooperation with RD Benelux: some things were quicker to solve directly with RD Rymarov, big part of our requests were taken in account but some of them not (for. ex. heating). We are still finding things that are not OK (water leak) or not done at all (circulator for hot water) but which doesn´t limit the using of the house – they are only annoying. We don´t know how many people work for RD Benelux but we have to say that some replies on emails or our requests took many days to reply . For the backlogs, we made some requests but only part of it was solved and those were most important were by people in RD Rymarov. The owner of RD Benelux even recommended us to hire local company and pay for it or to do it ourselves. We had to sign the release of the last payment from the notary because by the words of the owner: the backlogs are minor and otherwise this file will go to our lawyers on Monday and we will meet in court soon. We believe that the company should pay us for the things that were not done and for works the company ordered by our supplier but the owner things it is not true.

Verbeterpunten: Our most horible building experience in Luxembourg. The owner (and the only employee) of this company disregard a lot of our requests and build our house only regarding own opinions and ideas. When we complained about the backlogs, he started to offended us by the tribunal and after the final payment, he stopped to react at all. He owes us still almost 3000 Euro but no way how to force him to pay.
