Verbeterpunten: Mintas's poor project management, quality management and communication skills make him the kind of contractor that makes people hate contractors.
He delivered incomplete, low quality work that was late, he had no regard for my actual moving date, and he caused careless damage in my home, which caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and cost. I had to take two extra days off work to try to supervise his workers as he was not answering calls, emails or texts and was not sticking to his promises. I ended up having to literally scream at him and his workers just to get a few things done and get them out of my house so I could clean it and get home to pack my old house. He left quite a bit of work unfinished so I had to do it myself, at my own cost and inconvenience after moving in.
On the day I should have been packing my house, I was trying to get Mintas to finish the work on my new house, so I had to pack through the night instead of sleeping. Even now, six months later, he still has not delivered a receipt or guarantee document.
I do not recommend using this contractor at all.
