Verbeterpunten: I paid a down payment for roof insulation and renovation. Only two days later, the contractor asked for an extra €1000, saying the original payment was not enough to buy materials. I refused and canceled the job.
What’s especially concerning is that the contractor apparently already spent my down payment before checking if it was enough to cover the materials. This is not how a trustworthy company should handle finances.
He promised to return the money within 14 days, but then stopped responding. I followed up several times and received no reply. Very unprofessional and worrying behavior. I’m still waiting for my money back.
I do not recommend working with this company unless you want to risk losing your deposit.

Verbeterpunten: Zeer slecht bedrijf, komt zijn afspraken niet na maakt zijn werk niet af laat klant achter met een open dak gebruikt gebruikte materialen ipv van nieuw bij klagen heeft hij altijd wel weer een smoesje en als het hem teveel wordt word hij agressief kortom ga met deze man never in zee.
